Session 2 - Pressing and Barreling

Session 3 - Racking and Tasting

Session 4 - Bottling and Labeling

At the end of Session 4, the new winemaker will take home their handcrafted premium wine.

The recipient will get to choose from a wide variety of premium wine grapes and will be able to make the style of wine of their choice.  They’ll also get to choose between our South American grape season in the Spring or our California grape season in the Fall.
