Spring Winemaking Sessions – South American Grapes (April and May)

Check out any wine store.  Read any wine magazine.  South American wines are hot!  Syrahs, Malbecs, Carmeneres and other wines from Chile and Argentina are the rage.  The climate and soils of these countries make for deep, full-bodied red wines and flavorful whites.  Now you can create these same exciting wines here with grapes from South America. 

Spring winemaking sessions begin in April and May.  The available grapes are shown below.

**  Available as juice only.  The white grapes are crushed and pressed and the juice is shipped to preserve freshness and flavors.

All our South American grapes are all reasonably priced at our Premium level.
